About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, addressing customer storage needs, suggesting packing supplies, inspecting units, handling cash and deposits, and managing payment reminders and collections. The role demands the ability to lift items up to 35 lb, spend up to half the time walking around facilities—including outdoor areas, stairs, and large doors—and perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of interior and exterior spaces. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory availability. • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls. • Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 lb. • Sweep, mop interior areas, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal.

What You Bring
