About the Role

The Porter/Yard Worker role supports a fast‑paced, safety‑focused workplace where no two days are alike, offering pathways to advance into mechanic, driver, or customer service positions. Working with an incredible team, the Yard Associate stations and retrieves equipment across the location’s property while maintaining a written maintenance schedule and servicing equipment as needed. Key duties include inspecting equipment before and after rental to document any loss or damage, ensuring that all items meet specified standards. The associate also performs basic repairs, keeps accurate maintenance records, and collaborates with customers to meet their equipment needs. • Station and retrieve rental equipment on site • Maintain written maintenance schedule and perform basic equipment servicing • Inspect equipment before and after rental to document loss or damage • Communicate effectively with customers (written and oral) • Apply basic math skills for inventory and billing tasks

What You Bring
