About the Role
This senior sales representative role is accountable for creating specifications and technical preferences for Crouse‑Hinds and B‑Line products within the assigned region. Customer coverage includes end users, engineering firms, contractors, OEMs and distributors. The objective is to help the region meet overall sales goals and increase market adoption of new and focused products by establishing specifications and coordinating sales activities. Key responsibilities include delivering product trainings on LED lighting, controls, apparatus and cable trays, performing lighting audits for large strategic customers, and conducting safety trainings for Class 1 Div 1 & 2 environments. The incumbent will plan and allocate sales activities across distributors, major accounts and key jobs, investigate new product opportunities and market conditions, and develop seminars for end‑users, contractors, agents and sales teams. Additional duties involve maintaining target price‑margin levels, controlling travel and entertainment costs, coordinating specification efforts with the ECH direct sales team and agents, generating demand across industrial, contractor, constructor, architect/engineer and government accounts, and staying current on competitor offerings. • Create specifications and technical preferences for Crouse‑Hinds and B‑Line product lines. • Conduct product trainings on LED lighting, controls, apparatus, and cable trays. • Perform lighting audits and propose new lighting plans for strategic end‑users. • Deliver safety trainings for Class 1 Div 1 & 2 environments and recommend appropriate GEIS products. • Plan and allocate sales activities across distributors, major accounts, and key jobs. • Investigate new product opportunities, competitive conditions, and market potential. • Develop and lead training seminars for end‑users, contractors, agents, and sales teams. • Maintain target price/margin levels and control travel and entertainment expenses. • Coordinate specification activities with ECH sales team and agents to meet sales quotas. • Generate demand for Crouse‑Hinds products among industrial, contractor, constructor, architect/engineer, and government accounts. • Stay informed on competitor products and pricing; promote Crouse‑Hinds application advantages. • Support sales teams and distributors with investigations, training, and product launch integration. • Build relationships with major distributor partners and implement growth programs. • Achieve specific sales, training, and key‑customer development targets.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of industrial product sales experience and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or technical sales from an accredited university. Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship is required. A demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas, strong project‑management capabilities, and an organized, detail‑oriented approach to managing multiple priorities are essential. • Minimum 3 years industrial product sales experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technical Sales or related field from an accredited university. • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas. • Strong project‑management and multitasking abilities. • Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
