About the Role
The role’s essential functions include building assemblies to meet printed specifications and ISO 9001 regulations while adhering to required due dates. The employee will receive and document component parts such as screws, stem covers, housing tubes, actuator tubes, and boots, and will maintain a clean and safe work environment. Non‑essential duties may be assigned as needed. • Build assemblies to meet specifications and ISO 9001 standards by due dates • Receive, document, and organize component parts such as screws, stems, and tubes • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Operate power shop equipment safely • Participate in a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and are considered entry‑level. Required skills include interpreting verbal and written instructions, teamwork, mechanical aptitude, basic math, and proficiency with measuring devices such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. Experience operating power shop equipment is expected, and prior mechanical assembly experience is a plus. • Interpret verbal and written directions and collaborate effectively in a team • Use basic measuring tools including tape measures, micrometers, and calipers • Apply mechanical aptitude and math skills; prior assembly experience is a plus • Possess a high school diploma or GED; entry‑level position
