About the Role
The role leads the delivery of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services for both fit‑out and base‑build projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget and quality expectations. It involves overseeing construction and interior fit‑out phases, coordinating resources and maintaining clear communication with all parties. The successful candidate will champion health and safety, quality assurance and the smooth handover of completed systems. • Manage MEP project delivery for fit‑out and base‑build contracts • Monitor construction and interior fit‑out MEP progress • Coordinate and schedule MEP resources across disciplines • Produce progress reports and status updates for stakeholders • Oversee health and safety compliance on site • Implement quality assurance and control for MEP systems • Drive procurement, change orders, and related processes • Lead commissioning and testing of MEP installations • Compile and finalize project close‑out documentation

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and possess five to eight years of experience delivering MEP scopes on commercial high‑rise projects. Experience in interior fit‑out work for the banking sector is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Project is required to produce accurate designs and manage timelines. • Electrical or Mechanical degree with 5–8 years relevant experience • Proven track record on commercial high‑rise MEP execution • Interior fit‑out experience in the banking sector • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Project
