About the Role
A Driver with a CDL B is tasked with safely operating a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous waste removal services. The driver must ensure the vehicle complies with company safety standards, adhere to all state and federal regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. • Perform pre- and post‑operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues. • Operate the collection truck safely along assigned routes, following route sheets and maps. • Load, compact, and transport waste, disposing of material at designated facilities. • Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service. • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers according to procedures. • Clean accidental waste spills while complying with safety standards. • Monitor vehicle condition, cleaning the packer blade and truck body on each trip. • Complete route productivity sheets, vehicle condition reports, and other required documentation. • Maintain productivity standards and follow all safety policies, including the ReSOP program. • Uphold company policies, safety standards, and exhibit pride in work.

What You Bring
• Hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with air‑brake endorsement. • Demonstrate strong customer service, time‑management, and follow‑through abilities.
