About the Role
The Project Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure role in Abu Dhabi will lead the delivery of road and infrastructure projects, overseeing all phases from concept to handover while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. • Lead road and infrastructure projects from design through handover. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality, applying corrective actions when needed. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. • Supervise construction activities and enforce site safety protocols. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns. • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, consultants, and contractors. • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction work for accuracy and compliance. • Utilize project management and engineering software for planning, analysis, and reporting. • Communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders and maintain documentation.

What You Bring
• Adapt to changing project requirements in a dynamic work environment. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including UAE project exposure. • Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
