About the Role

The Financial & Real Estate Analyst will support business development and transaction marketing functions within investment sales as part of the Due Diligence Team based in Montreal. The role also supports the Calgary and Toronto markets, prioritizing multiple projects to meet stakeholder deadlines, and will work from the Toronto office on an agreed schedule, reporting to the National Director, Due Diligence. • Create listing presentations and broker opinion of value reports • Produce research and ad‑hoc business development reports • Develop marketing materials, including offering memorandums and property overviews • Research land‑use planning context for development opportunity analysis • Build pro‑forma financial models in Argus Enterprise or Excel and present cash‑flow analyses • Perform due‑diligence reviews of leases, physical, financial, environmental, and title documents • Organize transaction documents and set up online data rooms • Liaise with internal service lines, brokers, and clients throughout the marketing process • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet all deadlines • Handle miscellaneous special‑project requests to support capital‑markets transactions

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of real‑estate work experience • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, real estate or urban planning • Strong written communication skills • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Argus Enterprise experience a plus • Understanding of real‑estate valuation concepts • Ability to manage heavy workload, meet strict deadlines, and handle project management • Ability to travel to and work from the downtown Toronto office

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $63,750 to $75,000, subject to collective bargaining status, geography, market rates, and experience, with a guarantee of at least minimum wage. • Team‑oriented, accountable, flexible hours, self‑starter
