About the Role
The Senior Data Engineer leads the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise‑scale data solutions that power analytics and decision‑making across the organization. This role provides technical leadership, builds robust data architectures and pipelines, partners with business and technical leaders, and mentors junior engineers while championing best practices and emerging technologies. • Design, build, and govern scalable data pipelines for reliability, performance, and quality. • Establish standards for data modeling, documentation, and data quality validation. • Develop Power BI semantic models, optimized datasets, dashboards, and complex DAX measures. • Design and optimize databases and data solutions for enterprise integrations. • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices and emerging data technologies. • Manage and optimize Azure cloud-native platforms, including Data Factory pipelines, for scalability and cost efficiency. • Evolve data warehouse architectures to support advanced analytics and reporting. • Collaborate with business and technical leaders to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

What You Bring
The position may require occasional stooping, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 50 lb. Frequent use of computers, phones, and other electronic devices is also required. • 5+ years of SQL experience designing, optimizing, and supporting complex data models and transformations. • Proficiency with Databricks/Spark, Power BI, Git, Python, Azure data services, and CI/CD pipelines. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience. • Proven ability to lead complex data engineering projects, manage priorities, and resolve high‑impact issues. • Strong communication skills to influence decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor teammates.
