About the Role
• Lead an Agile full‑stack team (4‑6 engineers) to deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions. • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative, can‑do culture. • Influence application architecture and CI/CD pipeline improvements. • Design, build, test, and deploy reusable applications handling large data volumes. • Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence. • Translate business needs into technical requirements, project plans, and schedules. • Deliver software projects on time, within scope and budget. • Partner with product managers, designers, and Agile teams on large initiatives. • Work with recruiting to attract and onboard top talent. • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance the platform and development practices. • Serve as “Voice of the Customer” in product readiness reviews.

What You Bring
• Maintain deep knowledge of the CRE industry and CoStar’s technology. • Own product and technical platforms with an owner‑operator mindset. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person institution. • 10+ years professional software development experience. • 4+ years building large distributed, API‑driven systems. • 3+ years leading agile teams. • Full‑stack expertise, especially C#, .NET Core 6.x, .NET Framework, Web API, Node. • Experience with Kafka, DynamoDB, SQS, Lambda, S3, and Redis. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for all audiences. • Proven team‑building, negotiation, and consensus‑building abilities. • Ability to motivate and develop high‑performance software teams. • Experience designing and implementing complex architectures on AWS. • Experience designing and securing solutions in regulated enterprise environments. • Knowledge of commercial real estate (CRE) is a plus.
