What You Bring
Are you ready to bring your civil construction expertise to a trusted industry leader? We're seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join our high‑performing team in Maddington. In this role, you'll play a key part in the delivery of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), traffic signals, and street lighting, while supporting future road infrastructure projects. • Minimum 3 years of experience operating excavators, with relevant tickets (essential) • Experience operating excavators between 1.5T‑14T • HR truck licence • Experience in detailed excavation, including trenching and working around underground services • Civil construction background with a General Construction Induction Card (White Card) and CV Crane ticket (preferred) • Practical experience in civil labouring and concreting (slabs, fixtures, fittings, footings) • Experience installing conduit and pits for electrical and communications services • Confident working around underground services • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strong commitment to safety and our Zero Harm culture • On‑the‑job training and upskilling
