About the Role
The Renewable Energy Control Center Intern – Operator Support will assist the Operations & Maintenance team in the safe, efficient, and well‑documented operation of renewable assets. This role supports Control Operators by contributing to documentation, training development, and information management within the Control Center, providing hands‑on exposure to wind, solar, and BESS operations while aiding process standardization and operational excellence. • Develop, review, and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Design simulation‑based training materials. • Manage digital documentation systems and version control. • Support documentation for operational records and reports. • Standardize electrical switching and operation center procedures. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams. • Participate in internal training and industry learning. • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and meeting notes.

What You Bring
• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Information Systems, or related field. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
