About the Role

The Engineering Services Supervisor position, contingent on successful contract award, is located in Lubliniec, Poland. This role plans, controls, monitors, and executes facilities operations, maintenance, and repair throughout the program life cycle, supporting the Mission Support Director to achieve project objectives across power, building facilities, infrastructure, roads, grounds, equipment supply, water, wastewater, and minor new works. The supervisor oversees diverse technical and subcontractor staff, including electrical, civil, mechanical engineers, and departments such as HVAC, plumbing, water and sewer, and power generation, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of services. • Implement policies and revisions to meet company and contract requirements. • Manage execution of operations, maintenance, repair, and construction projects, ensuring cost and quality. • Provide guidance and oversight to staff and subcontractors across all service areas. • Develop and enforce SOPs and monitor performance. • Track, coordinate, and monitor PCOLs with the project manager and finance team. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality, on‑time performance, and optimal ROI. • Manage human‑resource allocation, performance, morale, and overall welfare. • Identify required infrastructure work, including refurbishment, water, electrical, and power generation systems. • Oversee efficient utilization of the engineering department. • Manage training and development needs for new hires and existing staff. • Design and implement preventive maintenance programs for facilities and utilities. • Assist with vendor and customer relationship management. • Collect, analyze, and report data, events, and metrics in detailed reports. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and upper‑management directives.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Certified Electrician certification, have at least five years of overseas engineering services management experience, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and a strong self‑starting attitude are required.
