Job Highlights
About the Role
The Land Surveyor reports to the Resident Engineer and Project Manager and joins the design and construction supervision team on major roadway projects in Dubai, including new highways, interchanges, and upgrades of existing roads. • Conduct precise land surveys for bridge and underpass projects throughout Dubai • Utilize advanced surveying equipment and GPS technology to collect and analyze data • Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans using specialized software • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide essential survey information • Ensure compliance with RTA standards and local regulations for all surveying activities • Perform quality checks and verify the accuracy of survey data • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance • Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to land boundaries or elevations • Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies

What You Bring
• Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field with Professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor • Minimum of 8 years of experience in land surveying, including bridge and underpass projects for infrastructure development • Proficiency in advanced surveying equipment, GPS technology, and specialized software • Knowledge of RTA standards and local regulations for surveying activities • Preferred experience in the Middle East or UAE/Dubai • RTA pre‑approved
