About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services while ensuring the vehicle meets the company’s safety standards and all regulatory requirements. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, safely navigating assigned routes, loading and compacting waste, disposing of material at designated sites, and maintaining accurate daily reports such as vehicle condition reports and productivity sheets. • Perform complete pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues • Safely operate the collection truck along assigned routes, load, compact, and dispose of waste • Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers and monitor for prohibited materials • Clean up accidental waste spills following safety standards • Maintain vehicle readiness by cleaning packer blade and truck body each trip • Complete route sheets, productivity reports, and daily vehicle condition reports • Adhere to productivity standards, safety policies, and participate in the ReSOP program

What You Bring
