About the Role

You will provide senior‑level tasker and executive secretariat support, prepare meeting briefings, status reports, and metrics, and manage calendars, schedules, conference rooms, and VTC connectivity. Additional duties include collecting and organizing records, coordinating senior‑level meetings and decision‑making events, developing standardized reports using web tools, and advising stakeholders on governance and decision‑management processes. • Provide senior‑level tasker and executive secretariat support to NGA leadership. • Prepare meeting briefings, tasker status reports, and metrics tracking actions. • Manage calendars, schedules, conference rooms, VTCs, and read‑ahead materials. • Collect, organize, and maintain records in accordance with NGA instructions. • Coordinate and support senior‑level meetings, forums, and decision‑making events. • Develop and deliver standardized reports and data capture using web tools. • Advise stakeholders on governance and decision‑management processes. • Track decision‑meeting actions and ensure successful execution with stakeholders. • Support metrics collection, performance assessments, and procedural updates. • Provide backup support to DXCG teammates and assist cross‑functional projects.

Parsons is seeking a talented Tasker Manager/Staff Officer to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's Office of the Chief of Staff. In this senior administration role, you will independently perform a wide range of functions for the NGA Executive Secretariat and provide agency tasker support. The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph. These security credentials are essential for handling sensitive NGA information. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and have 11 years of related experience, or 8 years of experience can substitute for the degree. At least two years of experience in strategic communications, staff officer duties, and editorial synthesis of complex information are also required. Additional desired qualifications include a minimum of 12 months providing executive‑level administrative support to senior leaders such as General/Flag Officers or civilian SESs. Experience with managing complex datasets and making predictive analyses is a plus. • Required: U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph. • Required: Bachelor’s degree plus 11 years related experience (or 8 years in lieu of degree). • Required: Minimum 2 years experience in strategic communications, staff officer duties, and editorial synthesis. • Desired: 12 months experience providing executive‑level administrative support.
