About the Role
The Site Manager will oversee day‑to‑day activities on a construction site delivering external wall insulation, windows and doors, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, ventilation, and asbestos removal. The portfolio comprises up to 800 homes to be delivered over three years. The role works alongside an Assistant Site Manager and a Clerk of Works while managing multiple contractors to ensure timely and safe project completion. • Oversee installation of external wall insulation, windows & doors, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, ventilation, and asbestos removal. • Manage up to 800 homes across a three‑year delivery schedule. • Coordinate multiple contractors in collaboration with an Assistant Site Manager and Clerk of Works.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an SMSTS qualification, be trained in First Aid at Work, and have experience in site management. A DBS clearance is required, and previous retrofit experience is desirable but not essential. All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. • Hold SMSTS qualification and First Aid at Work certification. • Possess site management experience and obtain DBS clearance. • Have legal right to work in the UK; retrofit experience is desirable.
