About the Role
Technicians will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of commercial HVAC equipment, performing routine inspections and cleaning, and ensuring accurate service documentation while delivering excellent customer service. • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air handlers, boilers, chillers, and ice machines • Perform equipment inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and component changeouts • Accurately record service activities and maintain documentation • Utilize company tools including service van, iPad, and iPhone on assignments

What You Bring
Candidates must hold U.S. work authorization, possess 3‑6 years of commercial HVAC experience, and have an EPA Universal certification. Physical requirements include lifting 75 lb, climbing ladders with a 30 lb load, and working in confined spaces, as well as a valid driver’s license and secure vehicle parking. • Company‑issued cellphone and tablet for field work • U.S. citizen or permanent resident with work authorization • 3–6 years commercial HVAC experience • EPA Universal certification • Ability to lift 75 lb, climb ladders while carrying 30 lb, and work in confined spaces • Valid driver’s license; background and drug screening required • Personal hand tools (drills, Sawzall) for field tasks
