About the Role

The Divisional Director will lead the delivery of retail leasing, acquisitions, disposals and advisory services. They will manage and grow relationships with key clients, drive new business initiatives, and contribute to the strategic growth of the Retail service line. Additionally, they will mentor and support a team of surveyors and advisors, and collaborate with internal teams across Capital Markets, Valuation, and Advisory. • Lead delivery of retail leasing, acquisitions, disposals and advisory services • Manage and expand relationships with key clients • Drive new business initiatives and support strategic growth of the Retail service line • Mentor, lead, and support a team of surveyors and advisors • Collaborate with internal Capital Markets, Valuation, and Advisory teams • Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to business development

What You Bring

Candidates should have a minimum of eight years’ experience in the retail property sector with a strong track record in leasing and client delivery. Demonstrated leadership ability, experience managing or mentoring teams, and strong market knowledge of the Irish retail sector are essential. Preferred qualifications include MRICS/SCSI, and candidates must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills, along with a proactive, commercially‑minded attitude. • Minimum 8 years’ experience in retail property sector with strong leasing and client delivery record • Proven leadership and team‑management experience • Strong knowledge of the Irish retail market; MRICS/SCSI qualification preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills
