About the Role
A Driver with a Class B CDL is responsible for safely operating a collection truck and providing prompt, courteous waste removal services to customers. The driver must also ensure the vehicle complies with company safety standards, adhere to all applicable regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, following assigned routes and service sheets, loading and compacting refuse, and disposing of waste at designated facilities. The driver interacts professionally with customers and dispatchers, tags unsatisfactory containers, cleans accidental spills, monitors vehicle condition, and maintains required productivity and safety standards while participating in the company's ReSOP program.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Class B (or higher) commercial driver’s license with an air‑brake endorsement and demonstrate strong customer service, time‑management, and follow‑through skills. They must consistently follow company policies, prioritize safety, and take pride in their work. Additional qualifications include honesty, trustworthiness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
