About the Role
The leader will work with a national team of engineers and planners to reshape how GFT delivers bridge projects, staying current on emerging bridge technologies such as digital twins, generative design, ISO‑19650, and model‑as‑the‑legal‑document approaches. • Develop and implement an internal Bridge Digital Delivery Strategy, including technology adoption and learning mechanisms. • Create a bridge data management strategy for GFT. • Design Quality Control, Assurance, and Risk Management plans for 3D models in coordination with the Corporate QC Office. • Present at industry events and publish articles to advance GFT’s brand. • Monitor emerging technology trends impacting the AEC sector and GFT’s tool stack. • Translate client Digital Delivery requirements into actionable project‑level implementation. • Collaborate with various GFT business groups to integrate Bridge Digital Delivery solutions. • Manage small workgroups and project tasks effectively. • Participate in a tax‑deferred 401(k) plan, competitive PTO accrual, and tuition reimbursement.

What You Bring
• Bring 10+ years of progressive experience in bridge technology, modeling, analysis, data management, and generative design. • Hold a BS in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Demonstrate high‑level proficiency in CADD/BIM and software such as OpenBridge, Inventor, InfraWorks, and Revit. • Understand data flows between geometric modeling and analysis software. • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to train others. • Possess an innovative mindset and drive to challenge norms. • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Preferred: Professional Engineering license and experience with bridge stress/strain analysis tools.

The position is full‑time, core business hours 8 AM–5 PM, with a salary range of $150,000–$230,000 based on experience and location.
