About the Role
• Perform specialized preventative and corrective maintenance on critical facility components. • Conduct moderately difficult repairs, installations, and inspections of critical systems. • Monitor the Building Monitoring System, resolve alarms, and recommend solutions. • Operate and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and life‑safety systems. • Implement energy‑efficiency measures. • Assist team members in coordinating critical infrastructure. • Apply judgement and initiative to assignments, recommending solutions. • Coordinate and direct vendors to ensure maintenance meets standards. • Create and submit maintenance scripts. • Manage work approval process for service providers, including briefings and final reviews. • Update technical files for plants and equipment in collaboration with vendors. • Generate site logs and data for permits such as MOPs and scripts. • Identify single points of failure and propose remedies. • Respond to on‑site incidents, failures, and delays. • Conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. • Support on‑site staff during incidents and ensure procedural compliance. • Complete work requests and circuit installations. • Troubleshoot and maintain office and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime. • Perform moderate changes to mechanical, electrical, and specialized systems. • Execute complex infrastructure projects. • Support lifecycle maintenance and critical replacements. • Recommend infrastructure projects when appropriate. • Collaborate to resolve difficult facility incidents. • Mentor team members on skilled maintenance activities. • Communicate inventory needs to maintain optimal stock of critical parts. • Provide mentorship in incident resolution.
