About the Role
As an Assembler you will build air‑conditioning units in an open‑air manufacturing facility, using hand and power tools while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role involves interpreting blueprints, inspecting components for defects, and maintaining organized workstations. • Assemble air‑conditioning units with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. • Read and follow blueprints and engineering drawings to create sub‑assemblies and final products. • Inspect parts for defects and report issues to supervisors. • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and wear required personal protective equipment. • Communicate regularly with team members to ensure smooth production flow. • Identify and suggest process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency. • Use basic computer programs (Excel, Word) to track production orders and manage inventory. • Provide flexible coverage for overtime, shift changes, and multiple assembly roles.

Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $17.16 plus shift differential, benefits and overtime opportunities.
