About the Role
Drivers operate heavy‑duty trucks on transfer routes, adhering to OSHA, DOT and company safety standards while maintaining a clean and safe vehicle. They follow assigned routes, complete required documentation at the end of each day, and ensure timely service. The role includes performing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report, reporting unsafe conditions, and cooperating with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency. Drivers also handle customer interactions, such as dumping containers, positioning them properly, and keeping the site free of debris. • Operate a heavy‑duty truck safely in compliance with OSHA, DOT and company policies. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using DVIR and report issues promptly. • Load, transport, and dump containers while keeping the customer site clean and positioning containers properly. • Communicate customer requests, incidents, and route problems to Dispatch or Operations Manager. • Follow assigned routes, complete required documentation, and assist fellow drivers as needed. • Participate in required trainings, briefings, and safety meetings.

What You Bring
No prior experience or formal education is required; applicants must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑B), be at least 18 years old, have an acceptable driving record, and successfully complete pre‑employment drug screening, physical and background checks. • Hold a valid CDL‑B (age 18+) with an acceptable driving record; pass drug screen and physical.
