About the Role

The role involves preparing rooms for guest arrival, greeting guests, responding to requests, reporting maintenance issues, maintaining clean carts and orderly supplies, and assisting management with linen and supply inventories. Housekeepers may also be assigned other duties or special projects by housekeeping management. • Prepare assigned rooms for guest arrival. • Greet guests and respond to their requests courteously. • Report maintenance problems promptly. • Keep carts clean and supplies organized. • Assist management with linen and supply inventory. • Work full 8‑hour shifts standing/walking, with reasonable accommodation if needed. • Anticipate customer needs and act dependably.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have prior hotel housekeeping experience, flexible availability including weekends and holidays, and the physical ability to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lb (and push/pull up to 100 lb).
