About the Role
The Principal Staff Officer for the Project leads all logistics, supply, and property management activities, supervising personnel, implementing procedures, and coordinating planning. This onsite role monitors requisition, acquisition, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment, maintains materiel records, and ensures accountability and security of all government‑furnished supplies and equipment. • Supervise and hire logistics staff; assign work, review timesheets and overtime requests. • Ensure a safe work environment and proper PPE usage for all staff. • Manage supply and government property logistics, applying stock control policies for receipt, inspection, storage, and accountability. • Oversee vehicle operations, maintenance, and equipment specifications; collect and analyze operational data. • Direct materiel management, including retail/wholesale supply activities and related information systems. • Manage distribution processes: receipt, storage, movement, and time‑sensitive delivery of supplies. • Supervise warehouse, shipping/receiving, and freight movement functions. • Brief government customers and other organizations on status reports.

What You Bring
• Require eight years of progressive logistics management experience at a supervisory level. • Experience with Maximo and government systems such as PCARRS, ESOH‑MIS, DLA Business portal, and WAWF. • Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, hold a valid driver’s license, be a U.S. citizen, and pass required background and drug tests.
