About the Role

Under the direct supervision of the Pod Team Manager, you will receive and schedule customer service calls and manage the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics. You will ensure schedules allow timely completion of preventive maintenance and align with monthly forecasting goals. Daily debriefs with technicians will help resolve concerns quickly and coordinate job completion with billing and support coordinators. You will coordinate labor scheduling, communicate service plans directly to customers, and follow up to confirm work meets expectations. All customer account information will be kept up‑to‑date in NxGen, and you will handle parts ordering, purchase‑order confirmation, and work‑in‑progress management. What You Bring

We require a high school diploma or equivalent and two to five years of service‑industry experience in operations or scheduling. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and independent work skills, as well as excellent interpersonal communication with internal and external clients.
