About the Role

The role leads the development of integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive profitable wins and business retention for the Mobility Group. Responsibilities include creating campaign content, audience engagement strategies, and go-to-market plans in partnership with Mobility Group and CoE leaders, as well as refining value propositions, key messages, and buyer-journey maps. The incumbent will manage budget priorities, supplier invoicing, and statements of work, and define success metrics with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize demand generation and customer engagement. In addition, the position supports sales outreach by providing digital assets, training on tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, and social-selling content, while overseeing digital campaigns across web, social, email, and events. The role also ensures regular communication with regional and business‑unit teams, adapts resources to changing needs, and champions a culture of digital innovation by staying current with emerging technologies and best practices. • Partner with Mobility Group and CoE leaders to shape audience engagement and go-to-market strategies. • Refine value propositions and map buyer journeys to guide messaging. • Oversee trade-show coordination, including customer tech days and annual events. • Prioritize profit plans, handle supplier invoicing, and manage statements of work. • Set campaign success metrics and establish regular review cadences with cross-functional teams. • Provide sales teams with digital assets, LinkedIn Navigator training, and social-selling content. • Execute multi-channel digital campaigns (web, social, email, events) aligned with sales enablement goals. • Monitor emerging digital marketing technologies to drive continuous innovation. • Leverage analytics and social-media metrics to optimize campaign performance. • Ensure clear communication of project plans and results to regional and business-unit teams.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field) and have at least five years of marketing/communications experience. Required skills include experience with AI-powered marketing platforms, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), social-selling tools, analytics, and a proven track record of supporting sales teams through digital initiatives. Applicants must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Southfield, MI or Galesburg, MI, unless they are active‑duty military; relocation assistance is not offered.
