Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities and spending up to 50 % of time in outdoor environments, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. The role also involves cleaning and routine maintenance such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based roles.
