Senior Construction Manager - Mechanical

About the Role

The role joins a talented Mace team delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, working with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets delivered rapidly through a hands‑on construction management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing main and subcontract packages. The successful candidate will oversee delivery of all mechanical works on behalf of the client, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, timelines and contracts. • Supervise mechanical construction delivery, ensuring safety, quality, programme and compliance. • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, translating vision into actionable plans. • Lead health, safety, wellbeing and quality culture across project teams. • Provide technical expertise and guidance to support collaboration and continuous improvement. • Implement quality assurance, safety audits and continuous improvement processes. • Manage commissioning activities and project close‑out. • Deliver infrastructure plants such as sewage treatment, RO water, data centres or generator farms on major projects.

What You Bring
