About the Role
• Operate the community telephone and paging system efficiently • Greet and direct visitors with warmth and professionalism • Ensure residents and guests sign in and out properly • Handle inquiries and messages accurately and in a timely manner • Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies • Schedule transportation for residents' medical appointments • Notify the Supervisor in Charge (SIC) of bell calls promptly
