About the Role
As an architectural lighting designer you will support the studio’s inspiring and demanding projects, providing trade‑specific system design, layout, calculations, and coordination with other trades, while conducting field inspections to assess existing conditions and guide new work. • Create designs from concept through construction administration and produce CAD/Revit lighting drawings. • Support lighting system design for new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades across diverse projects. • Learn and follow drawing organization and company standards. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments. • Attend project meetings and coordinate lighting design with clients and team members. • Conduct field inspections to assess existing conditions and guide new work. • Participate in continuing education seminars on technical or professional topics.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate enjoys teamwork, can work independently when needed, holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, has 3–5 years of lighting design experience, and is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, AGI Calculation, Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Theater, Lighting Design, or Architectural Engineering. • 3–5 years of lighting design experience. • Proficiency with the latest versions of AutoCAD and Revit. • Working knowledge of AGI Calculation software, Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp. • Passion for lighting design and continuous learning.
