About the Role
As an In‑House Sales Executive, you will align with our Spirit of Service culture and drive company success by delivering exceptional service and sales performance. You will be responsible for high‑standard tasks that support our guests and owners. • Welcome clients and present luxury vacation ownership products. • Communicate with clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest issues. • Attend sales training and meetings for product updates. • Apply Hilton Grand Vacations selling concepts. • Use email, phone, virtual and written communication with guests and owners. • Conduct follow‑up interactions to complete sales using HGV technology and inventory guidelines. • Generate referral leads from new customers. • Promote a positive work environment and uphold HGV core values.
