About the Role

The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies for the company’s real estate portfolio, conducting market research, and overseeing impactful multi‑channel campaigns. You will ensure brand consistency across all communications, collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies, manage budgets, monitor campaign performance, and build relationships with partners, clients, and media. • Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies for the real‑estate portfolio. • Conduct market and brand research to identify trends and target audiences. • Oversee creation of digital, print, and social media campaigns to drive awareness and leads. • Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication channels. • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies. • Manage marketing budgets, monitor performance, and provide improvement recommendations. • Build relationships with partners, clients, and media to enhance brand presence. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing marketing and branding team. • Travel within the Kingdom and regional/international markets for campaign oversight. • Attend events to strengthen the company’s brand positioning.

What You Bring

Parsons is seeking a highly talented Director/SME (Marketing & Branding) to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic marketing and brand development, with proven expertise in both Saudi and regional markets. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field and typically have 25+ years of relevant experience, especially in real‑estate development marketing. Required skills include strategic marketing expertise, success managing local and regional campaigns, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools, and experience leading and motivating teams. Fluency in Arabic is a plus. • 25+ years of strategic marketing and branding experience, preferably in real‑estate development. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical/business field. • Proven success managing local and regional marketing campaigns. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with digital marketing, analytics, and CRM platforms. • Experience leading and motivating staff. • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
