About the Role
The New Home Consultant manages the entire home purchase journey—from the first customer contact at Welcome Home Centers through closing—ensuring a delighted experience that aligns with company sales goals. Key duties include engaging visitors to uncover their buying needs, generating leads through community outreach and realtor partnerships, maintaining market knowledge, and providing consistent follow‑up from initial contact to post‑closing, while also supporting sales meetings, promotions, and model home upkeep. • Engage visitors and assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Self‑generate sales leads through community outreach, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market, products, community features, and demographics. • Provide consistent follow‑through from initial contact through post‑closing, documenting all communications. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs. • Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes. • Complete required training and represent Lennar at community events and phone banks.

What You Bring
