Senior Project Manager - MEP

About the Role

• Promote safety first by demonstrating visible safety behaviours and using Mace's HSW framework. • Ensure quality systems align with service excellence standards. • Deliver and manage project plans from inception through design, procurement, and construction phases. • Manage tasks and deliverables supporting senior project managers and broader project teams. • Oversee project budgets, identify risks, and propose mitigations. • Support long‑term development of the function or business unit for sustainable growth. • Lead design and consultant teams collaboratively to meet responsibilities. • Achieve strategic project KPIs by managing the project team and stakeholders. • Network and leverage Mace’s knowledge centres, centres of excellence, and best practices. • Deliver mixed‑use real estate projects and programmes successfully. • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.

What You Bring

Within our consult business we combine leading‑edge practical expertise with project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential of every project. • Possess 15+ years of construction industry experience. • Be available to work in NYC five days a week. • Obtain a visa to live and work in the United States. • Hold membership in a relevant professional body or demonstrate equivalent professional development. • Have property or infrastructure project management expertise. • Demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen. • Work effectively within large, diverse teams. • Previous NYC experience is preferred.
