About the Role
As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead maintenance and facility support across multiple sites or a single high‑complexity site, mentoring Assistant Maintenance Managers (AMMs) and collaborating with Regional and Senior Maintenance Managers. Your focus will be on safety, team development, operational excellence, and aligning site activities with C&W Services' and client strategic goals. • Align AMMs and site teams with company and client goals, communicating vision and strategy. • Mentor and coach AMMs, develop succession pipeline, and foster an inclusive, innovative team culture. • Champion a safety‑first culture, ensure compliance, partner with Regional Safety Specialists, and manage incidents and audits. • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance performance, monitor KPIs (SLI, OEE, PM/PdM rates), and resolve SIM tickets and PCAs. • Build strong relationships with site leadership and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to identify improvements. • Ensure compliance with timesheets, travel, expense reports, training completion, record‑keeping, and timely root‑cause analyses.

What You Bring
The role requires physical capability to lift up to 50 lb, crouch, kneel, bend, and walk 6–12 miles daily while wearing PPE, and the ability to work in warehouse environments with fluctuating temperatures and occasional computer use. • Hold a bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, engineering, management or equivalent; 5+ years maintenance‑management experience. • Proficient with CMMS, Microsoft Office; available for 24/7 support and travel as needed. • Preferred: experience in high‑volume fulfillment, manufacturing or logistics; certifications (CMRP, CRL, PMP); data‑analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI); multi‑site leadership.
