About the Role

The role provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers, coordinating daily operations, recording data, and generating reports. As a senior‑level specialist, the incumbent works with minimal supervision and handles complex tasks, referring only the most difficult issues to higher levels. • Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues. • Create, distribute, and close customer tickets daily. • Maintain and disseminate department information each day. • Communicate with supervisors and managers about operations and dispatch matters. • Complete and maintain various reports as directed by the department manager. • Utilize software tools for procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor management. • Assist with data collection and reporting for incentive‑pay programs. • Process payments and other financial tasks as required. • Support the implementation of operational projects. • Communicate with customers regarding service issues. • Coordinate employee scheduling and work assignments. • Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data on a daily basis.
