Manager, FP&A

About the Role

We are hiring an FP&A Manager to support revenue modeling and forecasting for the Americas region. The role works closely with the Director of FP&A, executing high‑quality revenue models, forecasts, and analyses under strategic direction. While the manager does not own the final forecasting submissions, they ensure accuracy, timeliness, and analytical depth for informed decision‑making. • Execute revenue forecasting and build multi‑scenario models aligned with business dynamics. • Drive forecast accuracy through rigorous analysis, proactive data gathering, and continuous refinement. • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure high‑quality input data and incorporate market intelligence. • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range financial planning with detailed variance analysis. • Deliver actionable financial insights for business reviews and strategic initiatives. • Partner with CRO and regional finance teams to align financial outputs with operational realities. • Contribute to executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis. • Support automation initiatives to improve data integrity and reduce forecast cycle times. • Champion best practices in financial modeling and reporting.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, preferably in a multinational or tech‑driven environment. • Advanced financial modeling skills with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems. • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and bias for execution. • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • Agile, proactive, results‑oriented and capable of working independently while supporting strategic leadership.

Benefits

This is a backfill position with target base pay of $118,000‑$176,000 USD in Tampa, USA, or $112,000‑$162,000 CAD in Toronto, Canada. Compensation may also include bonus, equity and benefits, with final pay based on experience, skills, and education.
