About the Role

• Design advanced graphics and multimedia for large, complex, must‑win proposals and statements of qualification. • Partner with proposal and capture managers on pursuits, communicate with teams, and gather input in meetings and calls. • Develop custom presentations and lead storyboarding and content planning for proposals and interview teams. • Create print and digital documents using branded templates and guidelines. • Produce branded graphics, templates, and illustrations, selecting appropriate photography or imagery from digital libraries. • Participate in pursuit team planning, storyboarding, and review sessions (e.g., Pink and Red). • Collaborate with authors and subject‑matter experts to produce custom technical illustrations, charts, and photorealistic graphics. • Provide technical and logistical support for presentations, video conferences, storyboarding sessions, and final document reviews. • Process comments and edits to graphic elements, working with experts to resolve issues before final submittal. • Ensure quality‑assurance and quality‑control standards are met on proposal and marketing materials. • Contribute best practices to support the marketing organization in graphic‑design and template development. • Assist in adopting new tools or technologies to improve efficiency, creativity, and collaboration. • Participate in marketing best‑practice and graphics roundtables, giving and receiving constructive feedback. • Oversee finalization of documents for production, packaging, and shipping. • Handle challenging situations diplomatically with peers and internal clients, maintaining discretion with confidential matters.

What You Bring

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant graphic‑design experience, or an equivalent education‑experience combination. The role requires advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), interactive PDF creation in Acrobat, PowerPoint presentation development, and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaborative tools such as Teams and SharePoint. Preferred candidates have six or more years of experience, a background in digital arts or marketing, and an understanding of the architecture/engineering industry.
