About the Role
The Builder performs building tasks such as framing, insulating, installing roof systems, and trim work, ensuring structures are assembled correctly. • Perform framing, insulation, roof system installation, and trim work. • Use hand and power tools and read blueprints. • Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts. • Collaborate within a crew to assemble building units. • Position building components accurately based on unit specifications. • Work the 5:00 pm‑3:30 am shift with overtime as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates should be familiar with hand and power tools, with welding experience preferred. Prior experience with forklifts, scissor lifts, construction, roofing, or sheet‑metal work is advantageous but not required.
