About the Role

The work group supports the client’s campus through management of business operations, including upgrades, maintenance, and campus‑wide technical services. • Enforce ABM safety standards on all projects and service work. • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Collaborate with facilities, administrative teams, and stakeholders to align goals. • Identify and implement improvements to project management processes. • Perform data analysis, generate progress reports, and maintain as‑built documentation. • Coordinate activities to align with daily campus operations and priorities. • Read and interpret design drawings. • Prepare clear, comprehensive reports. • Commit to delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with goals. • Lead and implement special projects for successful outcomes. • Develop program guidelines and manage timelines and administration. • Track and evaluate program metrics to assess impact and goal completion. • Recommend process improvements and report issues. • Draft communications and prepare leadership summaries. • Build strong relationships with campus and external partners; gather feedback. • Provide technical and operational support for daily project activities. • Conduct research and prepare reports for review. • Coordinate resources across campus and external partners to ensure project success. • Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

What You Bring

• Experience with electrical and lighting installations and repairs; basic mechanical knowledge preferred. • Know national, state, and local installation codes. • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. • PMP certification preferred. • Minimum 6 years of comparable project management experience. • Excellent organizational, planning, and time‑management skills. • Strong interpersonal skills; collaborate at all levels. • Demonstrated judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and other analysis tools. • Skilled in analyzing, presenting, and utilizing data throughout the project lifecycle.

Benefits
