About the Role
The role requires strict adherence to safety rules, teamwork, professional communication, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Custodians are expected to maintain clean work areas, follow company policies, and support shift leads with punch‑list items. • Perform custodial tasks such as vacuuming, edging, dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors. • Clean and restock restrooms and breakrooms, and conduct window cleaning. • Empty trash and transport waste to designated disposal areas. • Use proper personal protective equipment and follow all safety policies. • Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, coworkers, managers, and customers. • Fill in for absent staff and assist shift leads with punch‑list items. • Participate in team meetings and coordinate activities with internal departments.
