About the Role

The Relocation Project Coordinator role drives exceptional relocation outcomes through comprehensive move process management, clear communication, and transparent cost reconciliation. This position serves as the central liaison between internal teams and move vendors, ensuring seamless workplace transitions. Daily responsibilities include assessing space readiness, coordinating vendor schedules, handling technical disconnects and reconnections, overseeing on‑site move activities, and providing post‑move support such as welcome communications and issue resolution. The coordinator also updates seat assignments and manages cost transparency for all relocation projects. • Plan and execute small and large office moves, from space preparation to post‑move follow‑up. • Coordinate and schedule vendors for furniture, power, data, and equipment services. • Assess cubicle conditions, order missing parts, and prepare move kits with labels and instructions. • Manage technical disconnects and reconnects for computers, servers, printers, and phones. • Act as on‑site liaison during moves, communicating desk changes and last‑minute updates. • Submit service tickets for cleaning, desk setup, and mobile workstation preparation. • Provide welcome communications and troubleshoot lost or misplaced items after moves. • Update seat assignments and maintain accurate reporting for relocation projects. • Ensure cost transparency and reconcile move‑related expenses with vendors. • Deliver presentations to guide administrators through relocation logistics and instructions. • Maintain customer‑service orientation throughout onboarding and relocation processes.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least three years of corporate office‑operations experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency with IT tools for technical coordination.
