Senior Project Manager - Refinery Construction

About the Role

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects. • Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. • Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized. • Ensure application of best practice on all projects. • Produce formal project status reports and other required reports. • Monitor progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly. • Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews. • Manage the flow of project information through regular meetings and written communications. • Forecast and update key project milestones and budget. • Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria. • Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders. • Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field. • Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required. • Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers. • Build excellent client relationships to maximize new opportunities. • Advise project teams on strategic approaches to achieve client and business objectives. • Capture key information and learnings from each project for knowledge management. • Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Benefits

The full‑time salary range is $125,000‑140,000 per year, reflecting base salary only and subject to adjustment based on experience.
