About the Role

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of M&A transactions, equity and debt capital raises, coordinating all parties involved. • Manage relationships with existing clients and internal/external stakeholders. • Prepare financial models, transaction documents (teaser, IM, Q&A) and client deliverables with junior team members. • Generate new business leads, support pitch preparation, and pursue business development opportunities. • Develop in‑house financial modelling capabilities and oversee junior modelers. • Mentor junior staff and contribute to their learning and development. • Produce thought‑leadership materials and sector insights on the renewable market. • Support the Energy and Infrastructure team’s growth through internal initiatives.
