Job Highlights
About the Role
The role involves developing IM strategies, standards and management plans, delivering the Information Management discipline for client projects, providing IM process and system training, and acting as the supporting lead for IM on a project or programme. It also includes implementing ISO 19650 processes, ensuring digital information production and assurance, and contributing to the global Digital Centre of Excellence. • Define and deliver IM strategies, standards (ISO 19650) and processes for client‑facing projects and programmes. • Establish and manage the project/programme IM function in line with defined strategy, standards and processes. • Train colleagues in IM practices, raise awareness and drive continuous improvement. • Manage assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored. • Line‑manage, coach and support the IM team, including direct and indirect reports. • Contribute to the global Digital Centre of Excellence by developing knowledge, processes and case studies. • Support bid development with IM strategies and solutions. • Set up, implement and develop the Common Data Environment (CDE).

What You Bring
Within our Consult and Construct business we combine leading‑edge practical expertise with project delivery to unlock potential in every project. • Experience in Information Management across multiple projects and programmes, including information architecture and ISO 19650 naming, numbering and filing conventions. • Proficiency with PowerBI. • Extensive experience in large projects/programmes for IM and document control, including setting up document control and IM functions and managing CDEs within the UK BIM Framework. • Strong written and oral communication skills and effective negotiation with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to run disciplined IM processes, work independently, organise teams, seek clarity and manage boundaries. • Proven teamwork and training capabilities. • Relevant technical qualifications and certifications (e.g., APM IM, Associate of Information Managers). • Subject‑expert experience with key IM software such as Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, etc. • ISO 19650 certification.
