About the Role

The Project Manager – Mixed Use will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and reports to the Project Director. The role involves overseeing all phases of project management from early construction stages through to completion and handover for one or more sites. • Deliver one or more projects as part of the programme management consultant role on a major development programme. • Manage and support the Site Operations Team to ensure project goals and schedule are understood and achieved. • Coordinate construction delivery, including logistics, permitting, commissioning, and handover to meet technical, budget, schedule, and quality requirements. • Interface with all team sections to meet overall programme deliverables. • Develop, establish, and execute standards, policies, procedures, and best practices. • Liaise with the Engineering Team to develop design solutions that enhance constructability and value engineering. • Monitor and report on construction supervisors and contractors performance, covering QHS&E, identify risks, and prepare mitigation plans. • Ensure construction work complies with authorities’ regulations. • Provide regular updates to the Project Director and client, preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and interfacing with clients and end users. • Planning and organising.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a BSc in a relevant discipline or possess equivalent experience, with at least 15 years of overall experience and a minimum of 10 years in a comparable project‑management role. Experience of five years in the Middle East, solid knowledge of major civil‑project operations, strong leadership and communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel and Primavera are required. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage, as is experience delivering parks, public buildings, retail outlets and familiarity with sustainable construction and Estidama standards. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong customer focus. • HSE awareness.
