About the Role
The Corporate Solution Analyst role, also titled Workday Integration Consultant, is a key member of the Workday technical team responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of Workday solutions. In this role you will develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs). You will monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement fixes. Collaboration with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and vendors is essential to gather requirements and define integration strategies. Staying current with Workday releases and new features enables you to recommend and implement improvements.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 3‑5 years of Workday experience in HCM or Finance modules and at least 3 years of development experience using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), calculated fields, transformations, and custom reports. Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, XSLT, and business processes is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn new technologies are also essential.
