About the Role

• Support electrical supervisor and electricians to safely complete scope of works per programme. • Liaise with design team and Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with BS7671 and client specifications. • Oversee electrical installations following BS7671 and AVRS safety rules. • Promote AVRS’s positive safety culture and adhere to health and safety legislation. • Deliver installations to contract and quality‑plan standards. • Complete project documentation for O&M handover per Quality and Inspection Test Plans. • Coach and mentor supervisors and electricians. • Collaborate effectively within the growing team. • Interpret electrical installation drawings (SLD, BCD termination).

What You Bring

• Hold SSSTS/SMSTS (or equivalent) and an ECS gold card. • Possess a full UK driving licence and relevant trade qualifications. • Experience as an Electrical Project Engineer or Supervisor; manage workload with minimal supervision. • Desirable: Emergency First Aid, fitness‑to‑work medical, EUSR Water Hygiene, 2391 Test & Inspection, PASMA/IPAF/Confined Space, COMPEX, industrial experience. • Enjoy flexible working via the Agile Working programme.
